All volunteers must complete the following steps prior to serving with Catholic Charities:

- Complete an online application in CERVIS
- Complete Safe Environment requirements through the Diocese of Jefferson City (required for adult volunteers), including:
- Code of Conduct
- Online Child-Safety Training
- Criminal Background Check
