January Menu of Engagement
January is Poverty Awareness Month. Our work at Catholic Charities can almost be summarized as “care for the vulnerable, oppressed, and poor.” In the Gospels, Christ often draws near to those in most need, ministering to their needs – both materially and spiritually. As the charitable arm of the Catholic Church in the Diocese of Jefferson City, we are honored to carry on the work of Christ by serving those in need, and welcome you to join us this month.
