Family Immigration Services to pause accepting new clients through 2023

To continue serving clients with active cases and timely deadlines, Catholic Charities has made the challenging decision to pause intake for new legal immigration cases through January 3, 2024 – with a few exceptions. Existing client cases will, of course, continue to be serviced with care.

Family Immigration Services staff and DOJ Accredited Representatives have worked diligently to ensure clients are properly screened when calling to best understand whether or not they are eligible to schedule an appointment.

Knowing that client cases that are currently open or pending will continue to be serviced, appointment types available to new clients for the remainder of 2023:

  • Afghan and Ukranian SIV/TPS status
  • DACA cases
  • Permanent resident cards expiring within the next six (6) months

If you are hoping to schedule an appointment with our Family Immigration Services program, please call us at 573-635-7719. If you are unsure of whether or not you can receive an appointment, give us a call and we can help you determine that with a few simple questions.

If you have general questions about Family Immigration Services or would like to get in touch with a staff member at Catholic Charities for more information, please email: info@cccnmo.org.
